We are currently seeking a Microsoft CRM Dynamics system administrator to be a part of our Global Sales Operations team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible or play a key supporting role in setup, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of our MS CRM Dynamics system as well as other integrated business applications. This includes performing regular maintenance activities, managing projects from start to finish and provisioning of documentation. You will be required to work closely and collaborate with other teams and business units to achieve maximum results. Flexibility to support occasional afterhours escalations may be required. As part of the Global Sales Operations team, this role is integral to supporting the sales process and operational improvement initiatives related to customer/sales lifecycle management and data management projects.
•    Help support and maintain operational stability of MS Dynamics CRM platform and integrated applications 
•    Advise on and implement configuration requirements in MS Dynamics CRM with direction from invested business areas
•    Lead and support efforts to enable technologies and processes in support of sales organization productivity
•    Drive efforts to maximize use/benefit from functionality of existing applications (help drive reduction in number of overall business systems)
•    Document configurations and processes
•    Assist with system and data management and compliance initiatives
•    Committed to being the technical owner for MS Dynamics CRM and integrated applications within the Global Sales Operations team
•    Stay on top of upcoming developments with respect to Dynamics 365 capabilities
Experience and Skills:
•    University Degree or College certification 
•    Experience working with a wide variety of business applications
•    Multiple years of experience and intimate knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales Enterprise solution
•    Specific experience with customizations, workflows, plug-ins and migrations (MS Dynamics CRM)
•    Microsoft Dynamics certifications
•    Solid knowledge and experience with PowerApps and MS Flows
•    Knowledge of software solution design and development or programming experience
•    Experience with the likes of: Click Dimensions, Hubspot, SAP, GongIO, Drift, Docusign, Insideview, D&B Hoovers, Power BI, Sharepoint, CRM Outlook App, Customer Voice, Sales insights, Customer Insights
•    Self-motivated, with a focus on doing things in a way that is scalable and sustainable for the organization as a whole 
•    Goal oriented, and deadline driven
•    Creative with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Drives for consistency, process harmonization, and innovation 
•    Ability to plan, organize and lead projects or be an individual contributor
•    Very strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details to a non-technical audience
