Sales Representative


Recognized as an industry leader with an award-winning culture, we doubled sales last year and plan to do it again; but we need your help! 


You have a proven track record of winning complex deals at the executive level by using a consultative sales approach.  People describe you as motivated, decisive, persistent, and you are a champion of business development that thrives on the hunt.  You build value to displace the competition on something other than price. You’re a strong problem solver and excel at listening and asking the right questions. You successfully help your prospects develop a solution vision using your products as a centerpiece. You’re proud to show your activities and understand the importance of tracking your data. 


A team player, you are goal-orientated, a self-starter, work effectively with little oversight, and enjoy a fast-pace environment. ​ You understand the value of business planning, are passionate about continuous improvement, and have the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet. You ideally have IoT and/or fleet technology experience.  You have a desire to make a six-digit income​ and possess the desire to earn significantly more year over year.


The following qualifications are preferred:

  • 5+ years’ direct sales experience
  • Track record of consistently exceeding/meeting 7 figure quota in the enterprise software space
  • Execution of a highly proficient, repeatable sales process
  • BA/BS/BTech degree or equivalent
  • Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies; have a working knowledge of the transportation industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
