Position Summary

Peoplevox is part of Descartes Systems Group’s e-commerce division. In total, we have 100 dedicated team members includes Engineers, Product Managers, Support, Implementation, Marketing, Sales and of course, Client Success.  Peoplevox helps high-growth direct to consumer brands and retailers to deliver consistent customer experience by transforming the warehouse and inventory management to work within our proven playbook for e-commerce fulfilment. Our talented growing team is looking for a Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to a wider variety of e-commerce operations and brands that will do things differently and learn and grow from your expertise
  • Combining technology and warehouse best practices to help the brands that you will be managing
  • You will be working with professionals and gain exposure to some of the fast-growing direct consumer brands and have an opportunity to learn how they have modelled successful fulfilment
  • Help brands plan for operational changes and strategies for fulfilment to support their growth as they scale up for sales surges and growth each year
  • Take a consultative approach to many brands that may not an experienced sales manager and make a big impact on their ability to support their growth

Knowledge and Skills

  • Ability to work remotely and support e-commerce operations using Peoplevox
  • Strong leadership skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success position is preferred
