Summary:
Seeking a developer who will be responsible for utilizing custom ETL processes to provide data for clients. The developer will architect, develop, test, implement, support, and maintain complex data objects in a SQL Server environment. The individual should have the technical skill set as it relates to ETL developer duties.

 

Responsibilities:
•    Self-directed, takes initiative to find answers and solutions to take assignments to completion, engaging teammates and cross-team resources as needed.
•    Take ownership of projects, demonstrate thorough review and testing of data to ensure accuracy.
•    Research and resolve data issues raised by customers.
•    Provide ongoing support of existing processes and applications.
•    Maximize productivity and efficiency to meet challenging work goals.
•    Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.

 

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related discipline.
•    3+ years of experience implementing ETL processes and SQL development, with a strong understanding of database architecture and relational databases.
•    Ability to write, optimize, and support complex queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
•    XML, XSLT experience a plus.
•    Innovate new ways of managing, transforming and validating data.
•    Establish and enforce guidelines ensuring consistency, quality and completeness of data.
•    Apply quality assurance best practices and new methodologies to further enhance database performance to all work products.
•    Ability to communicate effectively to support business and client needs.
•    Must be resourceful, industrious, and willing to take on new tasks and proactively learn new technologies to keep up with business needs.
•    Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
•    C#  or other software development experience.
