Descartes MK Denied Party Screening team is looking for a Junior Technical Project Manager to assist clients with the integration and technical onboarding. This role will require excellent communications skills, highly organized and self-motivated individual. We are a data company, timing and accuracy is key for our clients. 
 

Responsibilities
•    Advise Clients on product technical specifications
•    Webservices, Netsuite and Salesforce integration.
•    Coordinate with developers on progress and requirements. 
•    Respond to client inquiries through ticketing system promptly
•    Schedule calls and meetings with clients
•    Provide training on all products
•    Manage customer expectations and escalate issues to management
•    Maintain client relationships and be their liaison throughout projects and tasks.
•    Administrative responsibilities
•    Audit and Quality Assurance checks

 

Required Skills
•    Knowledge of MS Office Suite
•    Proven ability to solve complex problems with on-time delivery, the highest quality, and creativity in the approach
•    Ability to work on a team and manage prioritized workload
•    Ability to listen and understand business needs and creatively develop solutions
•    Communication, Transparency and excellent documentation

 

Desired Experience
•    Experience with SAP/GTS, GTM, Netsuite and Salesforce desirable
•    Exemplary presentation skills and ability to provide outstanding customer service
•    Ability to mentor team members and be a subject matter expert in marketing/analytics technology
•    Technical background
•    Project management experience

 

Location: 
This is a remote opportunity, open to citizens or permanent residents of Canada or the US.
