The opportunity
Our Ecommerce division in Europe and Australia is poised for exponential growth. Currently partnered with elite brands in fashion, cosmetics, design, and other industries, we are looking for an innovative, responsive, and tenacious Senior Marketing Manager to join us. Reporting to the Director of Marketing – EMEA  and Emerging Markets, you will design, drive, and execute marketing and demand generation strategies. You will play a high-profile role working in collaboration with domain experts and internal solution stakeholders, including Sales, to devise and drive marketing strategy, planning and execution. You will lead the work of nimble, energetic marketers who are on-trend and on point to successfully launch our presence in the Belgium-Netherlands market.

What you will focus on:
●    Lead the strategy. You will drive the design, development, and rollout of an end-to-end marketing strategy for the solution area. You will play a critical role in guiding the overall go-to-market planning: SEO, content/writing, campaign management, reporting, trade events, customer/prospect events, joint partner marketing, communications, and PR. You will set, measure, meet and adjust KPIs to ensure the success of lead generation, conversion, attraction, and engagement. You will collect go-to-market and competitive intelligence, analyze demand, build business frameworks, and test hypotheses.  
●    Partner with stakeholders. You will collaborate with senior-level influencers from Sales, Industry Strategy, Product Management, and Executive Management to develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market. You will design plans that address challenges, gain buy-in from stakeholders, influence their decisions, and increase revenue dollars. 
●    Powerful content. You will lead the creation of long and short form collateral, including FAQs, infographics, blog posts, email campaigns, web copy, newsletters, articles, white papers, and other content that nurtures current and future client relationships.
●    Team performance and deliverables. You will be directly accountable for the overall planning, budgeting, performance measurement, and reporting of product marketing programs for Ecommerce solutions. You will oversee a team, manage their performance and skill development, and provide coaching and guidance as needed.


What you bring: 
●    The hands-on experience. You have 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing at the strategic and execution level. Ideally, you have exposure to Ecommerce (post-sales), or B2B SaaS marketing. You have experience in end-to-end marketing from account-based marketing strategy, sales enablement, competitive analysis, and content development to digital marketing, including demand generation in new markets, email campaigns, social media, and SEO. You understand how to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform and motivate action. 
●    The analytical mindset and the creative spirit. You are metrics-driven. You have experience performing market research activities, synthesizing data, and providing compelling outputs of your findings to drive decision-making. You have excellent judgment and can make thoughtful decisions as a creative problem solver. You have ideas, and you know how to bring them to life in a measurable, impactful way. 
●    The technical toolbox. You are proficient with a CRM, a CMS, marketing automation tools, and analytics tools. You are tech-savvy and can get up to speed on the systems we use, the products we build, and the business problems they solve, diving in deep to truly understand how to engage prospects and existing clients. 
●    The collaboration skills. You are a relationship builder who is self-aware and loves reaching across teams to gain insights, information, and expertise for the content you are working on. You are fluent in English and can communicate professionally in German. 
●    The leadership ability. You operate with and instill a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics in your team. You can lead and guide a team providing coaching and direction, managing individuals' goals, performance, and professional development. You can strategically and collaboratively apply your industry insights to contribute to the growth and success of the team and the marketing function of your business line.
●    The drive. You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter how big or small. You can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, juggling several projects with a spirit of flexibility and a positive outlook. 
●    The flexibility. We foster a remote work environment. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally up to twice a month when it is safe to do so.
