Introduction to who we are

Peoplevox helps high-growth direct to consumer brands and retailers to deliver consistent customer experience.

 

The way we do this is by transforming the warehouse and inventory management to work within our proven playbook for e-commerce fulfilment.

 

What we do is a warehouse management system that uses an Android mobile app to automate the workflows to get accurate inventory, pick orders accurately and ship orders on time.

 

Our company

Peoplevox is part of Descartes Systems Group’s e-commerce division. In total, we have 100 dedicated team members includes Engineers, Product Managers, Support, Implementation, Marketing, Sales and of course, Client Success.

 

The Sales Team

Our Sales Team helps our company grow by matching our services to suitable companies. We do this because we love the thrill of a new lead and coming up with a creative way to get the attention of the Founder of a high-growth brand. We invest in our own education to enable us to be trusted e-commerce and fulfilment advisors to our prospective clients.

 

We do this by providing buyers with a professional, well-designed sales experience that aligns their problems and goals to our product and the transformational projects we deliver. We listen, educate and share useful information from proven playbook for scaling a high-growth e-commerce brand.

 

What we do is a business development role. We engage with partners and prospects to generate demand and we invest time in the right brands that match the criteria we’ve defined for a Peoplevox client.

 

We work to a sales cycle of <50 days on average and we’ve delivered record results and year over year growth throughout 2020. Lockdowns are accelerating the pace of e-commerce growth and the direct to consumer brands are taking advantage of the shift by being ahead of the established brands and retailers in capitalising on the attention economy.

 

Our first dedicated salesperson in Australia

Peoplevox’s go-to-market strategy is built on three pillars that are built on top of a well-defined client profile.

 

Firstly, we aim to capitalise on the existing brands we’ve helped. For Australia and New Zealand, these are the leading women’s fashion brands like Princess Polly, Showpo and Meshki. We’ve also expanded our offering to work with early-stage brands like Mister Zimi. This demonstrates our proven track record with prospective clients and associates our brand to theirs and our prospects will know them even if they’ve never heard of us.

 

Secondly, we extend the brand association to our partner network. Shopify’s agency partners and merchant success managers trust us with their clients and understand our value versus other solutions that help merchants with their back-office operations. This is one example of a tech partner and the ecosystem that we leverage.

 

Thirdly, we are confident enough in our ideal client profile to invest our time in starting a conversation directly with the brand’s we’d love to partner with. We do this through outbound videos, messages and direct mail.

 

We’re on a roll in ANZ and we need a dedicated resource to keep the flywheel turning and give our customers, prospects and partners the love they deserve. The ecosystem is awesome and filled with positive and talented people, it’s a great place to be selling and growing professionally.

  • Own the Peoplevox sales quota for ANZ

  • Invest in yourself to become an e-commerce expert

  • Grow our partner referral network

  • Build your own personal brand within the e-commerce ecosystem
