Sales Representative – UK & Ireland Routing, Mobile and Transportation Management

You have a proven track-record of winning complex deals by using a consultative sales approach. People describe you as motivated, decisive, persistent, and you are a champion of business development that thrives on the hunt. You build value to displace competition with something other than price. You are a strong problem solver and excel at listening and asking the right questions. You successfully help your prospects develop a solution vision using your products as a centerpiece. You are proud of your activities and understand the importance of tracking your data.  


A team player, you are goal-orientated, a self-starter, work effectively with little oversight, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. ​ You understand the value of business planning, are passionate about continuous improvement, and can learn quickly - thinking on your feet. You ideally have Routing/TM and/or Logistics Services experience. You have a desire to make a six-digit income​ and possess the desire to earn significantly more year over year. 


The following qualifications are preferred: 

  • 5+ years’ direct sales experience  

  • Track-record of consistently exceeding/meeting personal quota target in the software space 

  • Execution of a highly proficient, repeatable sales process 

  • BA/BSc/BE degree or equivalent 

  • Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales strategies; have a working knowledge of the Logistics and Transportation industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
