You will be reporting to the Vice President of Sales- Trade Compliance and collaborate with key business executives and stakeholders both internal and external.

 

We are looking for:

An experienced Strategic Account Executive- Global Trade Compliance who can help us disrupt the marketplace by providing strategic counsel and serving as a trusted advisor growing and managing our enterprise client relationships.

You will be responsible for:

Grow revenue through new business by initiating prospecting activities, identifying critical players in the account, providing guidance and orchestrating resources to ensure seamless execution
Provide highly customized solutions to our top strategic customers based on deep understanding and insight into customer’s business and/or industry segment to help address significant business issues and grow the revenue stream.
 Must keep abreast of new innovations, applications, technical changes, market conditions, emerging trends and initiatives involving competitive activities.
Work collaboratively and act as a leader, initiating and sharing new ideas and identifying solutions in support of client growth. Takes on special assignments as required beyond assigned book of business.
Managing and developing executive contact within trade compliance and supply chain roles.


You will bring:

  • 8-10 years in enterprise solution and B2B sales management, with strong understanding of on Premise, SaaS and subscription business models
  • Deep knowledge of the Trade Compliance industry and have the ability to build and leverage networks to open doors and promote new concepts.
  • Domain knowledge and experience of Global Trade Compliance is a must
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally and as a sales leader.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships both outside, and within the organization.
  • Skilled at business planning and diligent at measuring and communicating progress towards the plan, identifying roadblocks, and coming up with appropriate solutions.
  • Success adapting in fast-growing and changing environments
  • Operates well within a high performance, team-oriented culture, and is a “winner” who is highly energetic, hungry and passionate.
  • Possesses unquestioned personal and business integrity, high ethical standards and a highly professional approach to their relationships and their position.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Operational experience an asset.
