POSITION SUMMARY

This opportunity is ideal for an individual who is seeking professional experience, is enthusiastic about the prospect of working at a growing company with a global focus, and who has a keen interest in learning and developing as a Finance professional.  We are seeking an assertive, adaptable individual with a proven record of delivering results under pressure, who will thrive as both a team player and as an individual contributor. 

 

This is a 1 year contract 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple mailboxes - responding to emails and actioning requests
  • Invoicing and billing related tasks
  • Processing sales orders
  • Working with numbers and spreadsheets
  • Providing support to several departments including Sales and Customer Success
  • Data entry
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager

 

Qualifications: 

  • Excellent data entry skills – accuracy and speed a must
  • SAP experience
  • Very proficient with Excel
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong Team Player
  • Professional, positive attitude with a focus on Customer Service
  • Ability to work in a high volume environment
