•    Drive complex deployments of several Descartes Suite products while working side by side with customers to resolve their unique problems. 
•    Work with side by side with different teams and peers, including Sales, Development and Customer Support. 
•    Train and guide customers to empower them to take on questions on their own 
•    Work together with customers all throughout the implementation cycle 
•    Strategical planning of implementation strategies for each customer 
•    Share best practices and create innovative solutions to maximize user adoption and maximize the value of Descartes Suite 
•    A stable, respectful, and collaborative work environment. 


•    Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or related field of study is required 
•    3 - 5 years of related experience is required. 

•    Advanced knowledge of Office tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Word 
•    Proven experience with writing queries in SQL 

•    Experience working with APIs using JSON
•    Experience with last mile delivery solutions/software
•    Experience using analytics and metrics to assess transportation optimization performance, carrier performance, and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities 
•    Ability to stop, collaborate and listen to technical and non-technical consumers from IT administrators to executive level partners. 
•    Resilience. The ability to work under pressure to deliver solutions to complex problems 
•    Ability to communicate well with all levels of corporate structure, from management to technical resources 
•    Ability to create documentation that describes technical details in a meaningful manner 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
•    Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally (most travel will likely be within the United States) 
•    Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment while working independently and remotely from other members of your team and corporate. 
•    Not required, but a plus: experience with VBA, proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
