We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our Desktop Support (DTS) Team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting end users, their computers, printers, and VoIP systems. The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with other IT teams and Service Delivery departments.


•    Provide 1st and 2nd level support to end users.
•    Order, configure, deploy laptops and related equipment
•    Support Mitel VoIP solution
•    Effectively address and manage DTS support ticket queue
•    Maintain and update Active Directory
•    Work with HR to manage new employee onboarding and departure requirements


Experience and Skills Required:
•    College or equivalent hands on experience, three or more years of directly related experience in dealing with end users.  
•    Excellent PC and Office 365 skills
•    Requires in depth knowledge of modern computer operating systems including Windows 10.
•    Candidates with A+ and MCP Certifications are preferred.
•    Experience with workstation deployment technologies like Autopilot
•    Requires experience with Active Directory, and Azure AD
•    Knowledge and experience with Intune
•    Superior interpersonal and communication skills

•    Ability to perform under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
•    Must be detail-oriented with above average organization, planning and administrative skills.


The position will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters located in Waterloo, Ontario.
