We need a passionate digital marketer ready to take the next step in their career to join our Transportation Management team as a Field Marketing Specialist. You will execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive engagement and demand generation.

What you will focus on: 

Integrated marketing campaigns. You will design demand-generation initiatives leveraging sourced or newly developed content. You will collaborate with the sales team on campaign details, follow-up and outcomes, including financial impact.  

Manage marketing data and segmentation. You will identify target markets, research business intelligence, and build contact lists. You will analyze key campaign metrics to gauge success and define best practices. 

Drive lead generation. You will create and manage end-to-end demand generation, drip, and nurture campaigns to improve market visibility. You will build and collaborate on content to support overall marketing operations, including collateral, blog posts, webinars, and events. You will leverage ABM/ABO tactics where applicable. 

Leverage technology and analytics. You will set, measure, meet, and adjust KPIs based on campaign performance to ensure lead generation, conversion, attraction, and engagement. You will track analytics, including click-rate, open-rate, cost-per-lead, determining the cost-effectiveness and ROI of a campaign, and reporting up to leadership. You will work closely with Sales and Client Success to establish closed-loop analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity converts new clients and continually refine our process to convert leads. 

Build relationships. You will work closely with Sales on campaign details, plan tactics, ensure effective implementation, and understand performance results. 

Analyze performance. You will report on and manage campaign performance to gauge success and define best practices. 


What you bring:  

The education and hands-on experience. You have a diploma or degree in a related field and 1-2 years of experience in marketing. Ideally, you have exposure to supply chain management, logistics operations, or technology.  

The analytical mindset and the creative spirit. You can set and measure KPIs, derive insights and plan future actions based on the data. You have ideas, and you know how to bring them to life in a measurable, impactful way. 

The technical toolbox. You have exposure to marketing automation tools (ClickDimensions, Microsoft marketing tools, 6sense) and a CRM system. You are tech-savvy and can get up to speed on the systems we use, the products we build, and the business problems they solve, diving in deep to truly understand how to engage prospects and existing clients.  

The drive. You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, no matter how big or small. You can build collaborative relationships to partner on initiatives or work independently; either way, you are deadline-driven and detail-oriented. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling several projects with a spirit of flexibility and a positive outlook.  

The flexibility. We foster a remote work environment. You are willing to travel domestically and internationally on occasion when it is safe to do so again. 


Travel: This position may require the individual to travle Globally 10-20%.
