POSITION SUMMARY:
 

The role will primarily focus on handling requirement analysis, mapping development (in xslt) and assist end to end testing with Descartes’ internal teams and external B2B clients/customers. Execution and delivery of projects to meet a client’s requirements and to ensure projects are delivered in full, and on time are the main responsibilities of the individual. 

Working days are Mondays through Fridays, regular hours and depending on project need, may be required to work outside the usual working hours to complete project deliverables. 

You will be reporting to the Activations Manager (Asia region). Willing to be on mid shift or EMEA schedule, as needed.

 
OTHERS:

• Ensures produced output are of good quality and content conforms to customer’s requirements.
• Create and maintain good business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate solution so as to promote customer satisfaction.
• Participate in collaboration activities to further enhance domain knowledge, create initiatives to promote efficiency and innovation, applicable to the work while maintaining best mapping practices.

TECHNICAL SKILLS SET:
 

• Knowledge of EDI Standards, B2B integrations and Supply Chain processes
• Knowledge of API, EDIFACT, XML, CSV, flat file message formats are an asset

LANGUAGES:
 

You are fluent in verbal and written English.
