Domain Expertise
•    Image processing, particularly TIFF & PDF
•    Knowledge of the logistics industry, in particular US/CA manifest filings helpful but not required
Non-coding responsibilities
•    Working with the customer service team, provide 3rd line support to the application
•    Manage monitoring of the application and set up/create alert mechanisms to appropriate teams
•    Monitor and address application and database performance, in conjunction with IT, DBAs and Support
•    Assist with customer onboarding as required
