This successful employee will have the following responsibilities:

  • Document customer requirements during sales and initial configuration sessions.
  • Participate in customer sales calls to demonstrate application functionality, gather customer technical questions and specifications.
  • Implementation management – work within the agreed upon timeframe established with the customer (additional support of SaaS GTI technical staff and managers is expected).
  • Maintain customer project plans and other required documentation.
  • Provide customer training on the SaaS GTI applications.
  • Responsible for ongoing customer support
  • Provide support of commercial requirements
  • Assist in managing new functionality requests and application bug fixes.
  • Support SaaS GTI application development and testing
  • Support other GTI projects and ad-hoc requests as availability permits from primary responsibilities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical ability
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and systems
  • High standard of customer service and quality
  • Experienced in project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with others in a collaborative technology team environment
  • Exceptional computer skills with MS Office programs (especially with Excel and Access)
  • Ability to work with complex relational databases and web-based applications
  • Ability to work with SQL and write Transact-SQL queries
  • Minimum 2 years consulting and/or industry experience in International Trade / Supply Chain

Education:
•    Bachelor’s degree (in a related field)
Other:

  • Independently motivated and proactive outlook to anticipate and plan for future opportunities
  • Attention to details
  • Focus on task completion and deadlines
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
  • This position is home-based, working over the web through VPN (with the possibility of occasional travel requirements)

Location: This position is remote and open to applicants authorized to work in Canada.

 

Salary Range: $55,000 to $75,000 USD “Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation.”
