What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the implementation of Descartes’ solutions, including system configuration, testing, and go-live activities.

Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes, gather requirements, and propose best-fit solutions.

Apply technology and business knowledge to solve business problems.

Deliver live and virtual training sessions tailored to user needs.

Interface with customer IT teams who will map to standard integration formats

Configure applications.

Conduct data analysis, testing and validation of data and the application to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Continuously seek to optimize the implementation process based on customer feedback.

Document business processes, goals, and results.

Travel maybe required- 10-20%
What You Bring:
-
3–5 years of experience in Foreign Trade Zone, Customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or logistics.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field or equivalent experience.

Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
-
Analytical mindset with a passion for solving business problems.
-
Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.
-
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
-
Experience with user training, documentation, and data mapping.
Bonus Points For:

Experience with software implementation.
-
Knowledge of SQL, XML, or report generation tools.
-
Background in working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 USD annually. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have. Similar positions located in different geographic regions will not necessarily receive the same compensation or same currency.
