As a student, Rahul Kachhadiya was an intern at Descartes. After graduating and entering the workforce, he returned to the company. Here he tells us what brought him back and how making an impact keeps him here.
What is your role at Descartes?
As a Full Stack Developer, I improve the user experience, eliminate errors, and optimize interactions between customers and their delivery process. Right now, I’m focused on a new product, using data and working across two different teams to help build new customer-facing solutions.
How do you know you are making an impact at Descartes?
It’s a collaborative, dynamic approach with everyone coming together to respond to our customers; I find that environment very satisfying. I enjoy knowing my work product immediately impacts our customers and seeing my ideas and suggestions come to life.
