Working closely with our development, support and sales teams and client, you will be a key resource within our implementation team responsible for assisting our clients integrate and deploy our web-based software solutions.  This opportunity involves working with our clients to:

 

Responsibilities: 

•    Provide technical, business consulting and product expertise to customers;
•    Facilitate discussions and white boarding for systems integrations, existing and proposed process flows, and functional requirements; 
•    Produce and manage customer-facing project documentation, including use cases, solution designs, SOWs and test cases;
•    Configure and test the solution to ensure it aligns with the project objectives;
•    Oversee user acceptance testing;
•    Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs, set and manage expectations;
•    Build training collateral to facilitate train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions;
•    Plan and schedule project activities and milestones;
•    Develop and maintain a project plan related to implementation projects;
•    Track and report project activities and progress.

You will also be working with our sales team to assist them in sales demos and product overviews to potential clients as well a work with our Product team to recommend software enhancements and improvement identified through your interaction by your deployment clients.

 

Qualifications
•    Experience managing projects including time management and scope change management;
•    Experience developing project plans;
•    Solid business application support experience;
•    User training experience;
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•    Superior client management skills;
•    Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, MS Dynamics implementation/deployments an asset;
•    Experience with MS Office.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience;
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate information to technical and non-technical audiences;
•    Minimum 3 years practical experience in software implementation and deployment of web based business applications;
•    Team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment;
•    Effective time management.
